Its effectiveness in treating pain, whether it is headache, post-surgical or trauma, is well proven and documented in scientific and clinical studies. Auricular acupuncture also excels in areas of obesity, appetite control and addictions. Auriculotherapy may also be performed most comfortably with electrical or laser stimulation instead of needles.
